a criminal nuisance….
a drug nuisance…
and a waste of tax payer money..
but 167 non-profits in Portland collect massive
federal funding for 'helping' these miscreants..
it takes away from the quality of life in downtown Portland..
who have done the right thing and retired..
pass a strict sit/lay law and kick these bums outta here...
