the city of Portland has allowed this garbage heap to collect for over a month under the
Burnside Bridge area..
it is clear they are trying to strong arm area by using this
as an excuse to force homeless camp into area…
if you have the camp…it will be kept clean…
nice try city….but the people do not trust your service ethic
and neither do I…
