this is a beautiful city…but the wealthy class is trying to ruin it by passing such nonsense as the Art Tax…i will never pay this poll tax…

im a disabled vet and i dont pay federal/state taxes and i aint about to start paying city taxes to a corrupt elite…so stick your poll tax in a very dark place….
