there is plenty of public space in Portland…
a significant problem emerges when one tries to use it in a leisurely , slackly manner…
there are so many panhandlers and homeless, you are never certain of your safety…
america has many ways to defeat Art…
america is one step from full fascism…
neo-liberalism cannot protect its own citizens in its public spaces…
i think it is a conscious policy….
