I have lived in Portland for one year and im sick and tired of aggressive panhandlers...
after the 3rd no to the above guy, he became even more insistent, telling me to answer his question.. at this point i told him i owed him nothing and to get lost..here is his response..he also made movements to steal my camera...we cannot let this kind of person to flourish in Portland, they are too numerous
already..i am a disabled veteran, he should be giving me money..he wants money for drugs...
he stood there and cussed me out but refused to move out of my way...
