2 stolen vehicles parked in front of my apt building...
3 heroin needles outside my door...
6 homeless invaders camped on top of our building...
Portland is a failed city..

drug users on private property harassing paying renters...
the official response is to do Nothing....
a city that is not safe to walk downtown....
the leftist leaders of this city should be arrested
